In the summer of 2019, the Barbera Foundation had an initiative to raise professional men's and women's clothing to support those in need. This initiative, called "Suited for Success," gathered donations including: suits, dresses, ties, button down shirts, and dress shoes. Donations were delivered to Women Giving Back, an organization that supports women and children in crisis, and builds their confidence and self-esteem, by providing great quality clothing at no cost. (Women Giving Back works with non-profits who provide professional clothing to men as well).
