We had a fun time with the residents of a rehabilitation facility in Sterling, VA! After I taught chair yoga,, the residents and volunteers made "galaxies in a bottle" as an arts & crafts event. Everyone had a great time and met some new friends in the process. Take a look at some of the pictures from the event!
