About The Event
Want to get in fantastic shape while doing something good for a person in need?
Come on out to this Vinyasa Yoga class taught by Kevin Barbera, (certified personal trainer at www.kevsgym.com). to support a non-profit called K9s For Warriors (www.k9sforwarriors.org). K9s For Warriors is dedicated to providing service canines to Warriors suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, and/or military sexual trauma as a result of military service post-9/11. K9s For Warriors' goal is to empower these veterans to return to civilian life with dignity and independence. They are the nation's largest provider of service dogs for disabled American veterans.
This class is for all experience levels! No need to worry if you are brand new to yoga, Kevin will provide variations to ensure that everyone has a good class!
Proceeds from this class will go towards supporting K9s for Warriors and the Barbera Foundation.
