About The Event
We need 15-20 volunteers to help with an event called "National Night Out" at Vinson Hall, a Senior Living Community in McLean VA. This event will be held from 5:30PM - 7:30PM on 08/07/2018 and is intended to bring together the retirement home community to show appreciation to first responders. (We will need volunteers from 4:00PM - 9:00PM).
If you are interested, please sign up for 1-3 of the following time blocks..
SET UP (4:00PM - 5:30PM): Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and tents
MAIN EVENT (5:30PM - 7:30PM): Assist with dinner service (hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.), helping residents with games (corn hole, ring toss, etc.), monitoring face painting and balloon tent, and trash duty (emptying trash).
CLEAN UP (7:30PM - 9:00PM): Clean up and take down of tables and chairs and final trash pick up .
