About The Event
We need 15-20 volunteers to help with an event called "National Night Out" at Vinson Hall, a Senior Living Community in McLean VA. This event will be held from 5:30PM - 7:30PM on 08/07/2018 and is intended to bring together the retirement home community to show appreciation to first responders. (We will need volunteers from 4:00PM - 9:00PM).
If you are interested, please sign up for 1-3 of the following time blocks..
- SET UP (4:00PM - 5:30PM): Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and tents
- MAIN EVENT (5:30PM - 7:30PM): Assist with dinner service (hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.), helping residents with games (corn hole, ring toss, etc.), monitoring face painting and balloon tent, and trash duty (emptying trash).
- CLEAN UP (7:30PM - 9:00PM): Clean up and take down of tables and chairs and final trash pick up .
