About The Event
Spring is in the air! Let's deliver flowers to brighten the lives of elderly people living at retirement homes and health and rehab centers in the Northern, VA, DC, and Maryland areas! Please read below for more details....
WHO: We will be delivering flowers to the elderly who are living in assisted living, independent living, and memory care facilities. Some suffer from cognitive disorders such as dementia along with other physical ailments. Others are fully functional and need some assistance with their day-to-day tasks.
WHAT: The goal is to deliver 300 bouquets of flowers over a two month period (March - April). The cost of each bouquet along with delivery will be $10. Your ticket donation (less online C/C & PayPal transaction fees) will go towards purchasing flowers for the elderly living at retirement homes and rehab centers.
