We need your help to prepare and serve an Italian-themed dinner for over 100 people at the Embry Rucker Shelter in Reston, VA!!
Please bring a prepared dish (cooking to be done at home, serving size for 10-20 people) in an aluminum catering dish. Here are some ideas for dishes that we need...
ANTIPASTI (Appetizer): Cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta (toasted bread with tomatoes and other toppings), and pickled or fried vegetables and olives.
